Win a Free Spay or Neuter
Fill out the entry form to enter our quarterly drawing for a free spay or neuter for your pet! We will draw a winner at our board meetings in March, June, September, and December. The drawing is open to any resident of Franklin County. Please limit to one entry per household.

The Franklin County Humane Society has a low-cost spay program for female dogs and cats that belong to qualified low-income residents of Franklin County. (Neutering of male pets will also be considered for the program, but females will get priority depending on the available funding.) Click for details:
