Become a Member of the Franklin County Humane Society!

We are a volunteer organization and we welcome the participation of new members. Membership dues are only $12.00 per year, and you will receive our email newsletter. The monthly business meetings of the board of directors are open to the public, and are usually held on Sunday afternoons, but the date and time are not the same every month. You may call 962-4472 for the time and location of the next meeting.

Volunteer!

You can also volunteer at the shelter without becoming a member. We need people to do the following kinds of activities: organize fundraisers, help with fundraising and adoption events, clean cat cages, clean the office, mow and weedeat the lawn, play with and exercise the dogs, take animals to the vet, foster kittens or puppies in your home, answer the phone. If you can help, call us at 962-4472.
